The global technological environment, which mediates the interaction of mankind with biosphere, carries technogenic and environmental hazards serious anthropological social risks. Today there is a tendency in every improvement system ultimately increases its negative impact on nature principle feedback. In such situation, an objective assessment technosphere’s characteristics necessary for timely harmonization relationship “Human – Natural Environment”.
